My love for dogs has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. From the age of four, I always wanted to be a vet, and by the time I was nine, I had my own two family terriers. Growing up alongside dogs shaped who I am today and made it clear early on that dogs weren’t just an interest — they were my passion.



I studied Animal Care at college and have been working hands-on with dogs for around nine years, starting in 2017. Over that time, I’ve gained extensive experience in dog walking, training, and behaviour, working with a wide range of breeds, personalities, and challenges.



I’ve completed a number of professional courses and continue to study to further my knowledge, as I believe learning never stops when it comes to understanding dogs properly. I’m passionate about working with dogs as individuals and providing calm, structured, and positive experiences that support both their physical and mental wellbeing.



Dogs aren’t just my job — they’ve always been a huge part of my life, and I genuinely love what I do every single day.

I'm Elle and I’ve known Demi for years, we go all the way back to high school, when I used to help her walk her dogs Nacho and Jess. Even back then, her love, patience and natural understanding of dogs was so obvious.

Fast forward a few years and I now have my own dog, a bonkers beagle called Bella, along with an even deeper love for being outdoors and surrounded by animals. I’ve always been that person where, no matter whose house I’m in, the dog becomes my best friend instantly. When I was made redundant from my previous job, it genuinely felt like a sign, there was no better opportunity than to join forces with Demi and turn my passion for dogs and nature into something meaningful.

They say if you find a job that doesn’t feel like work, you’ll never be unhappy, and that couldn’t be truer here. Going to work every day knowing I’ll be greeted by happy, excited dogs honestly makes my day. Working alongside close friends and our furry friends does wonders for the soul, it truly makes my heart happy.

I’m Erin your local dog walker and dog lover! I’ve always had a huge love for dogs, and my journey really began nearly six years ago when I got my own cocker spaniel, Brody. Since then, I’ve spent countless days out walking with Demi and her wonderful pack, discovering just how rewarding it is to be around dogs.



I officially joined Cusith in December 2025 and have lived every moment of being part of the team. Dog handling, training and walking have always come naturally to me, I feel incredibly grateful to work with such amazing dogs everyday. I am constantly learning and growing, gaining invaluable knowledge and experience from Demi, whose passion and expertise in dog training continue to inspire me. I truly love being part of Cusith and feel lucky to meet, walk and train so many wonderful dogs.
